I know what it's like the rec and to feel like your recs are either not being read or are largely ignored. I don't rec for comments--if I wanted comments, I could find better ways to do it. But it is nice to be told at some point that your recs are appreciated. So here I am, telling you that I've only ever found 1 fic out of all your recs I've read that didn't quite do it for me. 1 out of like, 200. So. Loff you and loff your recs.

You have great taste. I've never read anything you've rec'd and -not- enjoyed it. And yes, I like your style.

I have *one* rec journal friended, and it's this one, and there's a reason for that. It was, amusingly enough, recced to me by someone else, and since then it has been my sole source of fics for fandoms I wouldn't normally read and many that I would but wouldn't have known about, so thanks for that.

The reccing style is VERY handy. The extract and the summary especially, although if I was being a nit-picky ungrateful type I'd ask if you could bold the fandom when you post because my eyesight is crappy. Er. Excuse, there.

I love your recs! I love that I don't have to hunt down good stuff myself ;).

The rec style is very good: having an example is so much better than just trusting in a gushing sentence or two. With a quotation you know what you're getting into.

I like it very much, actually. It's to the point, you mostly let the quote speak for itself, and you always choose good fic. Even if a specific rec isn't a fandom I read I don't consider it cluttering my f-page, and I've been known to read stuff merely because you recced it. *g* I like the straightforward convenience, I think is what I'm trying to say.
